Here are just a few pictures that I found on my computer from the last day of school and then a day at the end of June.
This is from the day I cut Kolton's hair like this. Now it is so weird to see him in pictures with his hair spiked but when I cut his hair it was so weird to me to see it not spiked. Haha.
Bentley has gotten so fast and so good at his balance bike. It is insane. He can zoom around anywhere and keep up with us easily when we go on walks. In fact he'll get too far ahead and we will have to tell him to slow down!
Kolton is still obsessed with his dirtbike and riding it all around the neighborhood and especially on the lot next door to us. He has figured out how to get some air with that thing and he loves it.
Brady has worked with Trigger on retrieving since we got him. That lot next door to us sure is useful. He'll throw it over there and then have Trigger go get it. He can even do blind retrieves and double retrieves.
The weekend of July 4th Brady had that Friday off of work. It was so great! That morning we took Trigger to some ponds to do some fetching and see how much he'd like the water. It took some coaxing to get him in but once he got in he loved it and didn't want to leave. Brady was pretty happy. He did pretty good at retrieving in the water as well. We met up with some friends there who have a lab that they use for duck hunting so it was fun to watch their lab do it as well. We took the kids to Mazzio's for lunch which we hadn't done in forever. They loved it and we had such a great time.
That evening we took a nap and then watched movies all evening. It was great! Saturday morning we had our usual donuts haha and then played outside and the boys ate some popsicles.
These are just some of our family pictures we had taken in May that I like.
We went to Academy and Bentley saw this helmet and wanted to try it on. He's so cute!
They also had this full face helmet on clearance for $10 so we bought it for Kolton to have for his dirt bike.
On Saturday Brady also went to go help Shawn and Mckenzie try and move a piano into their apartment. Let's just say they weren't successful. Haha. I guess that thing weighed a ton and they could not, for the life of them, move that thing up there. So, it sits in Brady's Dad's warehouse. Haha.
Sunday we had church and then naps and then I played a friendly game of MarioKart against Kolton followed by the card game, War. Kolton stomped me at both. Haha. But it was fun!
