First Week of November

We had some pretty amazing days weather wise in November.  We got to spend a lot of time outside playing and enjoying it! Bentley picked me some "flowers" one day.  It was super cute.  He was riding his bike down the street and stopped a few houses down from us and got off and picked a few, put them in his pocket, and then rode back to me and gave them to me.  I absolutely love the look on his face as he's about to give me the flowers.  So him!

We then had to go in the lot next door to us and pick some more because he realized there was a ton there!

Brady and I went and did early voting.  Jaycee was nice and offered to watch Bentley for us so we didn't have to take him with us and stand in line.  Which was so nice because the line was super long! Like we stood in line for an hour and a half long.  Haha.  Felt good to vote though! Our choices this election were sub par to say the least but we had to make sure the lesser of two evils was elected.  Haha.  We then went and ran a couple of errands and bought some things for Bentley's birthday and then went to lunch with Brady's parents.
When we went to go pick up Bentley they were at the park in Jaycee's neighborhood.  There were some ducks in the pond so Brady got his duck call out and let the kids play with it.  It totally made the ducks come! Some even flew from one of the other ponds to us.  It was crazy and the kids loved it.

Saturday morning Kolton, Brady and his dad went duck hunting at Draper.  They didn't get anything but had fun.

Here are pictures of Kolton's Halloween projects we did in his class.

Saturday night Brady and I went to the barn dance in Norman with the youth.  It was pretty chilly but not too bad.  We had a good time hanging out with each other, the other leaders, and the youth.  Shawn and Mckenzie watched the boys for us which was super nice.  Poor Kolton fell asleep like right after we left and was super bummed he missed out on hanging out with Shawn and Mckenzie.  But he had been up since 5 that morning and went straight from hunting to Beckett's house and then straight from there to his soccer game where he played almost the whole game.
On Sunday we showed up at church and found Kolton's name on the program as being spotlighted the week before for being especially reverent.  We were proud of him!
